| Nay, they say:"These (revelations of the Quran which are inspired to Muhammad SAW) are mixed up false dreams! Nay, he has invented it! Nay, he is a poet! Let him then bring us an Ayah (sign as a proof) like the ones (Prophets) that were sent before (with signs)!" (Quran 21:5) |
| As for the poets, the erring follow them, (Quran 26:224) |
| And (they) said: "Are we going to abandon our aliha (gods) for the sake of a mad poet? (Quran 37:36) |
| Or do they say: "(Muhammad SAW is) a poet! We await for him some calamity by time.!" (Quran 52:30) |
