David In Quran (Chapters / Verses of David in Quran)

Verily, We have inspired you (O Muhammad SAW) as We inspired Nooh (Noah) and the Prophets after him; We (also) inspired Ibrahim (Abraham), Ismail (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Yaqoob (Jacob), and AlAsbat (the twelve sons of Yaqoob (Jacob)), Iesa (Jesus), Ayub (Job), Yoonus (Jonah), Haroon (Aaron), and Sulaiman (Solomon), and to Dawood (David) We gave the Zaboor (Psalms). (Quran 4:163)
Those among the Children of Israel who disbelieved were cursed by the tongue of Dawood (David) and Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). That was because they disobeyed (Allah and the Messengers) and were ever transgressing beyond bounds. (Quran 5:78)
And We bestowed upon him Ishaque (Isaac) and Yaqoob (Jacob), each of them We guided, and before him, We guided Nooh (Noah), and among his progeny Dawood (David), Sulaiman (Solomon), Ayub (Job), Yoosuf (Joseph), Moosa (Moses), and Haroon (Aaron). Thus do We reward the gooddoers. (Quran 6:84)
And your Lord knows best all who are in the heavens and the earth. And indeed, We have preferred some of the Prophets above others, and to Dawood (David) We gave the Zaboor (Psalms). (Quran 17:55)
And We made Sulaiman (Solomon) to understand (the case), and to each of them We gave Hukman (right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood) and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds to glorify Our Praises along with Dawood (David), And it was We Who were the doers (of all these things). (Quran 21:79)
And indeed We gave knowledge to Dawood (David) and Sulaiman (Solomon), and they both said: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has preferred us above many of His believing slaves!" (Quran 27:15)
And Sulaiman (Solomon) inherited (the knowledge of) Dawood (David). He said: "O mankind! We have been taught the language of birds, and on us have been bestowed all things. This, verily, is an evident grace (from Allah)." (Quran 27:16)
And indeed We bestowed grace on David from Us (saying): "O you mountains. Glorify (Allah) with him! And you birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him." (Quran 34:10)
They worked for him what he desired, (making) high rooms, images, basins as large as reservoirs, and (cooking) cauldrons fixed (in their places). "Work you, O family of Dawud (David), with thanks!" But few of My slaves are grateful. (Quran 34:13)
Be patient (O Muhammad SAW) of what they say, and remember Our slave Dawood (David), endued with power. Verily, he was ever oft-returning in all matters and in repentance (toward Allah). (Quran 38:17)
And has the news of the litigants reached you? When they climbed over the wall into (his) Mihrab (a praying place or a private room,). (Quran 38:21)
When they entered in upon Dawood (David), he was terrified of them, they said: "Fear not! (We are) two litigants, one of whom has wronged the other, therefore judge between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, and guide us to the Right Way. (Quran 38:22)
Verily, this my brother (in religion) has ninety nine ewes, while I have (only) one ewe, and he says: "Hand it over to me, and he overpowered me in speech." (Quran 38:23)
(Dawood (David)) said (immediately without listening to the opponent): "He has wronged you in demanding your ewe in addition to his ewes. And, verily, many partners oppress one another, except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and they are few." And Dawood (David) guessed that We have tried him and he sought Forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allah) in repentance. (Quran 38:24)
So We forgave him that, and verily, for him is a near access to Us, and a good place of (final) return (Paradise). (Quran 38:25)
O Dawood (David)! Verily! We have placed you as a successor on earth, so judge you between men in truth (and justice) and follow not your desire for it will mislead you from the Path of Allah. Verily! Those who wander astray from the Path of Allah (shall) have a severe torment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning. (Quran 38:26)
And to Dawood (David) We gave Sulaiman (Solomon). How excellent (a) slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)! (Quran 38:30)
So they routed them by Allahs Leave and Dawood (David) killed Jaloot (Goliath), and Allah gave him (Dawood (David)) the kingdom (after the death of Taloot (Saul) and Samuel) and AlHikmah (Prophethood), and taught him of that which He willed. And if Allah did not check one set of people by means of another, the earth would indeed be full of mischief. But Allah is full of Bounty to the Alameen (mankind, jinns and all that exists). (Quran 2:251)
